Welcome to HLA3D !
The HLA3D Toolkit provides the sequence, structure, frequency and literature information of all common HLA class I molecules in the American, European and Chinese populations. At the same time, we also collected some mutations associated with oncogenesis, which were derived from significantly mutated genes, HLA genes and HBV virus. Based on the HLA structural data, more than 100,000 structural difference data were calculated. Combined with HLA alleles and mutation, 370,000 neoantigen were predicted. Notably, HLA3D also provides two platforms, Risk Alignment and Antigenic Peptide Prediction, to help researchers complete transplantation risk prediction and tumor neoantigen prediction, respectively.
